Introduction to Nano AerPod

The Nano AerPod is a next-generation wearable Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) designed to protect you from harmful airborne pollutants, allergens, and pathogens. With medical grade HEPA filtration technology and an ergonomic lightweight design, it ensures you breathe clean, safe air—anytime, anywhere.

How Nano AerPod Works

• Air Intake: Draws in surrounding air through the filtration unit.
• Multi-Level Filtration: Removes dust, allergens, harmful gases, and pathogens.
• Pressure-Controlled Airflow: Delivers purified air into the facepiece at a comfortable pressure (10.76 mm H₂O).
• Continuous Protection: Provides a steady flow of clean air for up to 8 hours on a single charge.

How to Use Nano AerPod

• Step 1 – Charging the Device
• Use the provided USB-C charger.
• A full charge takes approximately 3–4 hours.
• Step 2 – Wearing the Device
• Place the facepiece securely over your nose and mouth.
• Adjust the head straps for a snug but comfortable fit.
• Step 3 – Power On
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
• The device will start airflow automatically.
• Step 4 – After Use
• Power off the device and store in a clean, dry place.

Maintenance & Care

• Filter Replacement: Replace the filter when airflow feels restricted or after 2–4 weeks of use, depending on air quality.
• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Storage: Keep away from extreme heat, moisture, and dust.
• Battery Care: Charge at least once every 2–3 weeks, even if unused.

• Do not immerse the device in water.
• Avoid using if filters are wet or damaged.
• Only use genuine Nano AerPod replacement filters for optimal performance.
